三甘醇的活性炭脱色研究

摘    要:对色泽不符合标准要求的三甘醇产品进行了以活性炭为脱色剂的脱色研究,对活性炭进行了筛选,考察了温度、空速、处理量和处理时间等工艺条件对活性炭脱色效果的影响。结果表明,用活性炭对三甘醇进行脱色具有工艺简单、操作方便的优点,但是成本较高。

Abstract:Decolourization of triglycol products with disqualified luster was studied with active carbon as decoloring agent. The active carbon was screened. The effects of temperature, air speed, treating volume and treating period on the active carbon decoloring results were tested. Result showed that decolourization of triglycol with active carbon was simple in process and convenient in operation but high in cost.
