我国亟待发展化工型加氢裂化-催化重整组合工艺

摘    要:结合我国化工用油需求增长速度大大快于成品油增长速度,以及乙烯原料和芳烃原料等化工用油供需矛盾十分突出的现状。对目前国内外加氢裂化、催化重整工艺技术新发展进行了介绍。重点论述了2000kt/a轻油型加氢裂化和1000kt/a催化重整组合工艺,以及2000kt/a芳烃型加氢裂化和1400kt/a催化重整组合工艺等一体化的发展优势。

Abstract:At present, the growing speed of chemical oil demand is much higher than it of finished oil in China, and the contradiction between supply and demand of chemical oil for material of ethylene and aromatic hydrocarbon is very prominent. The advances of hydrocracking and catalytic reforming process at home and abroad were introduced. The advantages of developing integrated process of 2,000kt/a light oil type hydrocracking and 1,000 kt/a catalytic reforming, and integrated process of 2,000 kt/a aromatic hydrocarbon hydrocracking and 1,400 kt/a catalytic reforming process were demonstrated.
