| 摘 要： | 目前中国的主要石化产品的生产能力居世界前列，但石化产业结构还存在着诸多问题。因此，结构调整的方向应是上游发展大企业，下游发展小企业，上游大企业要积极支持下游中小企业的发展。石化行业垄断势力的消除，必须充分权衡产业安全与产业效率。同时，应积极引导化工园区的建设。
