抗静电剂对腈纶纺丝原液流变性能的影响

摘    要:聚丙烯腈(PAN)中含有大量的疏水性基团,因而聚丙烯腈纤维(腈纶)吸湿性差,极易产生静电,不仅影响腈纶纤维的加工性能,而且降低了织物的服用性能。在腈纶纺丝原液中添加抗静电剂是赋予腈纶抗静电性能的一种重要方法。以自制的白色金属氧化物复合导电粉为抗静电剂,与腈纶纺丝原液共混,研究了这种抗静电PAN溶液的流变性能,以期为纺丝工艺的合理选择提供理论依据。

Abstract:As PAN contains a large amount of hydrophobic radicals, the polyacrylonitrile fiber has poor hydroscopic property and is easy to generate static, which not only affect the processing behavior of polyacrylonitrile fiber but also decrease the wear behavior of fabrics. Adding antistatic agent in the polyacrylonitrile fiber spinning solution is an important method of enduing polyacrylonitrile fiber with antistatic property. The rheological behavior of such antistatic polyacrylonitrile fiber spinning solution was studied with self - prepared white metallic oxide compound electric conduction powder as antistatic agent to provide theoretical basis for the rational selection of spinning process.
