摘    要:将艾斯本(Aspen)公司的过程工业模型系统(PIMS)软件和乙烯过程模拟软件(SPYRO)集成技术应用到MPIMS(多过程工业模型系统)模型乙烯裂解部分中,采用联动SPYRO迭代计算方式,实现了MPIMS模型优化计算过程中的多方案计算和Delta-Base模型中生产数据的动态模拟。这一集成技术的应用能够使生产运行情况得到更为准确的反映,使原油品种结构、乙烯裂解原料和产物结构得到优化,达到了炼油与化工生产计划整体优化和提高计划工作效率的目的。

Abstract:The multi scheme calculation in optimization - computation process of MPIMS model and dynamic analogy of production data in Delta- base model were realized with linked SPYRO iterative computation style through applying PIMS software and SPYRO integration technique developed by Aspen Company in the ethylene cracking part of MPIMS model. Application of this integration technique can reflect the production and operation situation more accurately and optimize structure and structure of ethylene split product so and improve the working efficiency of planning the crude oil variety structure, ethylene cracking material as to overall optimize refining and chemical production plans
