调节收入分配 促进国内消费

我国经济快速发展,但却存在国内消费不足的问题,究其原因在于居民可支配收入比重偏低,居民收入差距增大,收入增长慢于经济增长,初次分配秩序不够规范合理,再分配体系尚不健全,社会保障体系尚不健全。我国应调整收入结构,提高劳动者的报酬,强化社会保障体系建设,规范收入分配秩序,让国民富裕起来,以促进国内消费,保持经济可持续增长,提高人民生活水平。
