| 摘 要： | 为适应国际市场竞争的要求，我国企业必须从质和量两个方面来加快企业发展，从而对行业和企业的规模效益进行分析就显得尤为重要。本文运用C—D生产函数和CES生产函数构建行业规模效益检验模型，并结合数据包络分析方法，对2008年我国20个行业共计1083家上市公司进行了实证分析。结论表明：生产函数法和DEA方法的分析结果基本一致；20个行业存在规模效益递增、递减和趋势不明显等三种情况；汽车零配件行业大多数上市公司的规模效益是递增的。
