| Abstract: | On the basis of a survey of technical innovation in the enterprises of Hebei province, the authors of this article mainly analyze such problems as "a limited scope of innovation" and "closed environment". Some countermeasures or suggestions are proposed, such as "to increase capital investment in innovations" and "to set up a special fund for technical innovations". |
