高技术产业与经济增长关系的实证研究

基于中国东、中、西部的省级面板数据,运用面板数据单位根检验、协整检验与误差纠正模型,对我国高技术产业发展与经济增长的长期关系和短期关系进行了比较研究。研究结果表明,中国东、中、西部地区的高技术产业发展与经济增长之间的关系表现出显著的地区差异：东部地区高技术产业发展与经济增长之间具有单向的长期因果关系和短期因果关系;中部地区高技术产业发展与经济增长之间具有双向长期因果关系和单向短期因果关系;西部地区高技术产业发展与经济增长之间具有双向长期因果关系和双向短期因果关系。在此基础上,从区域化发展战略规划、政府引导、税收政策以及教育体制和科研体制建设等四个方面,提出了中国高技术产业发展的相关政策建议。

Empirical Research on the Relation of High-tech Industry Development with Economic Growth

The long term and short term relations between the high-tech industry development and economic growth are compared by using the unit root tests,cointegration tests and error correction models in panel data and based on the eastern,central and western province data in China.The empirical results show the obvious difference among eastern,central and western region of China.There is a unidirectional long-term and a unidirectional short-term causality from high-tech industry development to economic growth in eastern region.A bi-directional long-term relation and a unidirectional short-term causality are founded in central region.However,a bi-directional long-term relation and a bi-directional short-term causality are founded in western region of China.Some policies are put forward to promote the coordination development of high-tech industry development and economic in eastern,central and western region of China form the regional development strategic planning,government guidance,tax policy and the institution-building of education systems research,etc.
