| 摘 要： | 优良的渔业环境是渔业经济可持续发展的物质载体与必然要求。我国渔业生态环境总体状况良好,但局部渔业水域污染影响渔业经济的可持续发展。公共物品理论、外部性理论认为政府是达致渔业环境善治的有效供给者。

| Abstract: | The excellent fishery environment is the matter carrier and necessary require.The fishery environment of china is in order in collectivity,but the pollution of part fishery water area leavens the sustainable development of the fishery economy.The government is the efficiency provider for perfect environment based on the common goods theory and the externalities theory. |
