增强新型贿赂犯罪经济侦查能力的思考

随着社会经济的不断发展,具有犯罪隐秘性、形式多样性、时间不定性、痕迹不漏性、貌似＂合法性＂等特点的新型贿赂经济犯罪不断出现,给经济侦查取证带来较大难度,难以取得应有的法律效果、社会效果和政治效果。结合近年新型贿赂经济犯罪的特点和规律,检察院应通过提高侦查人员的综合素质、调查受贿人员的财产动态、重视收集＂合法＂交易的衍生证据和充分审查证据链条的逻辑关系等措施来增强对新型贿赂犯罪经济侦查的能力。

Strengthening the Ability to Detect the New Type of Commercial Bribery

With the development of society and economy,there are more and more new types of commercial bribery which have the features of invisibility,various forms,uncertain time,no clues and seemingly legality.To overcome the difficulties and realize due legal,social and political effects,several measures should be taken such as improving the comprehensive quality of investigation personnel,investigating the property direction of bribe-taking persons,focusing on the derived evident of legal transaction and checking the logical relationship of evidence chain.
