| 摘 要： | 工业化和现代化的进程中出现农业剩余劳动力转移是必然趋势。经济发展程度不同的地区产生农业剩余劳动力的环境因素不同,农业剩余劳动力的追求和心态也各不相同。在农业剩余劳动力转移的路径选择上,要针对各地不同情况制订有效措施,积极推进农业剩余劳动力的转移。

The environment factors vary in the areas of the different economic development . The pursuit and mood of agricultural surplus labor are also different. We should focus on the promotion of the transference of agricultural surplus labor in accordance with the diffenent conditions. |
