关系契约与旅行社人力资源管理

摘    要:关系契约是近年来经济学与管理学领域一个新的研究焦点,但在旅行社人力资源管理中还未曾涉及关系契约的研究。文章首先解释关系契约概念,阐明了关系契约引入的现实背号;接着探讨了关系契约在旅行社人力资源管理中的影响;最后提出了在旅行社人力资源管理中可运用关系契约自我实施中的道德机制、声誉机制、外部规范机制进行治理的观点。
