组织柔性:内涵、理论演化与未来的研究方向

摘    要:在动态不确定环境下,柔性是成功组织的一个基本特征。在对各种不同的组织柔性定义进行对比分析的基础上,归纳了组织柔性的内涵。同时对组织柔性研究的理论演化过程进行了分析。提出了组织柔性研究领域中值得探讨的一些研究方向。

Abstract:Under the uncertain environments,flexibility is one of basic features of successful organizations, Based on the comparative analysis to various definitions of organizational flexibility ,this paper concludes the connotation of the construct, Secondly, this paper analyses the theoretical evolutionary process of researches on organizational flexibility. Finally,this paper puts forward to some research directions that will deserve much more deeper exploration in organizational flexibility research.
