| 摘 要： | 企业信息化是现代企业生存与发展的必由之路，信息化过程涉及到企业管理的各方面，企业的业务流程、管理流程及组织结构都会因企业信息化建设而发生变化。因此，我们在企业信息化建设时，应注重信息化建设中的管理问题，用现代管理思想指导企业的信息化建设。

| Abstract: | Informationalization is critical for the survival and growth of modern enterprises. The informationalization process involves many aspects of business management. Business process, management processes and corporate organization will experience changes during the informationalization process. Therefore, during the course of informationalization, we need to pay close attention the management aspect of the process - guiding the informationalization course with modern management concepts. |
