| 摘 要： | 从城市化的视角对当前失地农民问题进行了重新解读,提出我国失地农民问题的本质在于城市吸纳能力与农村劳动力的释放规模之间的失衡,并在此基础之上详细剖析了失地农民问题产生的深层次原因,并有针对性地提出了解决失地农民问题的基本策略。

| Abstract: | This article makes new interpretation of the problem of land-losing farmers from the perspective of urbanization,and points out that the nature of the problem lies in the imbalance between the absorptive capacity of cities and the release of rural labor force. On this basis,a detailed analysis of the problem of land-losing is made to reveal deep-rooted causes,and finally basic strategies to solve the problem of land-losing farmers are put forward. |
