| 摘 要： | 近年来,不少学者在论证知识经济条件下企业和市场之间边界模糊性的问题时,得出企业边界不存在的结论,并从而否认知识经济条件下研究企业边界的意义。同时,以企业边界的存在为基本假设前提的交易成本经济学作为研究企业边界的主流理论,却未能对企业边界不存在观给予正面的回应。针对这种研究现象,对知识经济条件下企业边界不存在观的主要论据进行评判是必要的。

| Abstract: | In recent years,when arguing the vagueness of boundary between firms and market under knowledge-based economy,many scholars drew the conclusion that firm boundary does not exist,and thereby denied the significance of research on firms’ boundary under knowledge-based economy.Meanwhile,with firm boundary as hypothesis premise,transaction Cost Economics as the mainstream theory studying firm boundary failed to give a positive response to the view that firm boundary does not exist.Based on this kind of study phenomenon,It is necessary to evaluate the main argument of the view that firm boundary does not exist under knowledge-based economy. |
