| 摘 要： | Proterozoic macroalgal fossils have a wider distribution in China. There are 13 Pr0vinces or municipalities, including more than 30 localities, from which Proterozoic macroalgal fossils have been found in this country. They are all located in the east,such as Shouxian, Fengyang and Xiuning of Anhui, the Yangtze Gorges of Hubei, Jinning of Yunnan, Qingbaikou,and Changping of Bcijing,Jixian of Tianjin, Huailai, Xinglong, Kuancheng, Zhoulu and Fengrun of Hebei, Cangshan of Shandong.Songshan of Henan, Fuxian, Lingyuan and Jinzhou of Liaoning, Hunjian of Jilin, Qianxian of Shaanxi, Xuzhou of Jiangsu and Shilu of Hainan.
