“百县千企”工程实施的难点及其解决的方法

培养用人单位需要的人才是高职教育的宗旨,校企合作办学是实现这个宗旨的途径,"百县千企"工程(校企联合办学)实施是为实现上述宗旨和途径的方法手段。其在具体操作过程中遇到许多难题,针对这些难题,本文提出:①解放思想,开阔思路;②学校给予相应政策、经费作保证;③签订校企合作协议,明确双方权利和义务;④共同制定人才培养方案,转变人才培养模式,⑤共同培养相关的师资队伍等解决方法。
