摘    要:本文主要根据公益广告的基本特征和基本用途做一总结归纳。首先对公益广告在广告市场中的商业价值进行整体梳理,研究公益广告给广告主带来的经济利益和社会效益。进而归纳重要的方法及步骤,总结这种商业模式下的公益广告如何协调社会利益和经济利益的关系问题。在此基础上对目前我国公益广告发展过程中所存在问题进行了分析探讨,指出了我国公益广告机制上的弊端及当前进行公益广告机制变革的必要性。
