摘    要:主轴转速、进给速度、切削深度、加工行距与切削力都成正比关系,刀具的悬长、硬度,工件的硬度等由于切削过程的复杂性,它们并不成线性或有规律的关系。这就需要海量的实验数据来建立起铣削力模型,这就需要耗费大量的物力和人力。

Abstract:The spindle speed,feed rate,cutting depth,and process spacing are directly proportional to the cutting force.The overhang length and hardness of the tool,hardness of the workpiece have not linear or regular relationship for their complexity in the cutting process.This requires vast amounts of experimental data to establish a cutting force model,and requires a lot of material and human resources.
