| 摘 要： | 针对农村水利水电工程在实际建设施工与管理中存在的种种问题,本论文重点对农村水利水电工程管理发展进行了分析探讨,在简单分析了农村水利水电工程管理现状的基础上,重点研究了农村水利水电工程的管理与发展,给出了农村地区水利水电工程管理发展的建议与对策,详细分析探讨了水利水电工程项目管理的目标、任务和管理流程,从应用价值工程和技术创新及改革管理模式三个方面详细探讨了农村地区水利水电工程的管理与发展,对于进一步提高农村水利水电工程管理与发展模式和应用水平具有一定指导和借鉴意义。
