我国石油开采企业的物流成本优化

石油的竞争归根到底就是成本的竞争。我国石油开采企业应该寻求降低成本的有效途径和措施,在竞争中立于不败之地。因此石油开采企业必须加强成本管理方面的理论研究与实践探索,实施成本控制,保证成本持续性降低。文章通过研究国内外石油开采企业成本管理的现状,比较国内外石油开采企业成本管理方法,分析我国石油开采企业成本理中存在的成本管理观念有待转变、对投资的管理有待进一步规范、成本管理技术落后、成本控制体系不完善等问题。最后针对石油开采企业存在的问题,提出转变传统的成本管理观念、改进石油开采企业预算方法、完善石油开采企业成本控制体系、提高石油开采企业成本管理技术水平等对策。
