摘    要:近年来,随着多元用工形式得到了越来越多企业的青睐,多元用工过程中所产生的问题和矛盾也日益凸显出来,企业与多元化员工之间、正式工与多元化用工之间不同程度地存在着一些不和谐的现象。本文结合企业实际情况,重点分析了在用工制度多元化趋势下出现的问题和矛盾,提出了促进企业劳动关系和谐、加强员工队伍建设的基本对策。
