加热炉炉管穿孔原因分析与控制

摘    要:某石化公司减压加热炉炉管由于大面积的腐蚀、减薄并穿孔,引起炉管内的渣油向外泄漏而着火,迫使整个装置停产。通过对失效的炉管的材质、性能及腐蚀产物的分析,结果表明:事故的发生主要原因是由环烷酸的腐蚀引起的,同时也提出了一些改进建议,并取得了良好效果。

Abstract:In a petrochemical corporation,a large areas of corrosion,thinning and erosion hole occurred in the wall of vacuum furnace tube,and caused leak of the residue oil inside the tube firing,forcing the entire device suspended.By the analysis of the tube material,performance and working conditions,the result shows that the accident reasons was caused mainly by corrosion of naphthenic acid,so putting forward some suggestions for improvement it and acquiring a good performance.
