摘    要:长薄零件制备和生产过程中经常遇到淬火后两端翘曲变形现象,使长薄零件质量降低甚至报废,文章分析翘曲变形原因并提出热处理改进措施。

Abstract:The long thin parts often encounter in the warpage after quenching in the production processes,which will reduce the quality of long thin parts or even scrap.The article analyzes the reasons for warpage and proposes measures for improving heat treatment.
