| 摘 要： | 套管发生偏磨后,改变了原有的受力形式,将对其抗挤强度产生严重的影响。本文建立了偏磨套管分析的力学模型,应用曲杆理论导出了偏磨套管剩余抗挤能力的计算公式。通过与有限元数值计算结果对比表明,所得计算公式是可靠的。利用该公式可以快速而又准确地计算出偏磨套管的剩余抗挤强度,其具有较大的实用价值。同时研究了偏磨套管的剩余抗挤强度与套管相对磨损量的关系,结果表明,套管发生磨损后显著地降低了其抗挤强度。
