摘    要:五轴程序的编写、后置处理(POST)、VERICUT仿真验证,一直是五轴加工的焦点。本文利用德国SIEMENS公司UG NX4提供的五轴编程功能,规划流道和叶片的粗、精加工工艺,编制加工轨迹,利用VERICUT仿真验证加工轨迹的合理性,最后利用配备SIEMENS 840D系统的DMG 75V机床完成加工。

Abstract:The five-axis process,post treatment(POST) and VERICUT simulation have been the focus of five-axis machining.This paper uses five-axis programming provided by UG NX4 of Germany SIEMENS Company,plans the rough and finishing process of flow channel and leaves,prepars process trajectory,uses the VERICUT simulation to test and verify that the processing path is reasonable,finally uses the DMG 75V machine equipped with SIEMENS 840D system to complete the processing.
