| 摘 要： | 培养造就富有创新精神的人才队伍是建设创新型国家的重要工作之一,是当前高等教育改革的核心。高等学校承担着培养创新人才的重要使命。笔者以所在高校为依托,针对工科专业大学生,提出了以科技竞赛为载体,提高学生创新能力的具体措施。

| Abstract: | To cultivate innovative talent team is one of the important works of building an innovative country,and is the core of the current reform of higher education.Universities undertake the important mission of cultivating innovative talents.Taking their university as the basis,for the students of engineering majors,the authors propose specific measures of taking science and technology competition as the carrier and improving creative ability. |
