| 摘 要： | 高职院校主要是培养建设生产一线的技术与管理岗位上的工程技术人员,面对建筑行业对工程技术及管理人才的大量需求,对专业人才的知识、能力、素质的要求不断提高的新形势,需要对高职院校专业教学内容体系进行深入的研究与改革,结合我国的实际,构建符合高职人才培养规律、具有高职教育自身特色、适应建筑市场需求的专业人才培养模式。文章对高职院校工学结合校企合作教育"2+1"人才培养模式的内涵及实施效果谈了粗浅的认识。
