浅谈基于绿色制造的干切削加工技术

干式切削作为一种在切削加工中不使用切削液的加工方法,成为当代绿色制造技术的典范。它克服了传统湿切削污染环境的缺点,具有生产效率高、切削力小、加工精度高、加工过程稳定等优势,目前正在我国得到日益广泛的应用。鉴于此,本文对干式切削的加工进行了简单的探讨,以期对相关人员有所帮助。

Dry Cutting Technology Based on Green Manufacturing

Dry cutting,as a processing method that not used cutting fluid in the cutting process,becomes the model of modern green manufacturing technology.It overcomes the shortcomings of traditional wet cutting: polluting environment,and has many advantages,such as,high production efficiency,small cutting force,high precision machining,process stability and so on,so it is widely applied in China.In view of this,the processing of dry cutting is discussed to help the relevant personnel.
