基于供应链管理的家具制造业库存控制研究

在经济全球化的今天,市场竞争进一步加剧,传统的仅仅依靠企业内部资源和竞争力的管理模式已经无法适应新的竞争形势,供应链管理成为企业发展的方向。文章在对多家家具制造业实地调查的基础上,从供应链管理的角度出发,分析了目前企业在库存控制中存在的问题,创造性提出以企业为核心,将上游供应商和下游经销商纳入企业的管理体系,用集成供应链管理的方法来降低供应链各节点企业的库存,这对于家具制造企业在激烈的竞争中取得竞争优势,提高盈利能力具有一定的现实意义。
