| 摘 要： | 本文应用建筑项目管理理论,研究了建筑施工组织相关问题,建立了施工质量目标的保证体系及其相应保证措施;并对建筑工程施工的安全管理措施进行研究,提出了加强安全管理的具体措施,并建立了安全事故应急管理预案。研究结论对于加强我国建筑施工组织管理工作具有一定的指导作用。
