Analysis on Innovative Ways of Hospital Management

With the accession to the WTO and the reform of medical and health three systems,the development of China's hospitals is going into a new stage,gradually changing from closed hospital into open hospital.We believe that if we want to further improve the quality of medical services with the increasingly fierce market competition and strengthen the hospital's core competitiveness,we have to take the road of sustainable development of innovation management.
