| Abstract: | Facing on the effect of the global finance crisis to the small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) in Hebei province,the paper analyzes the important problem constrainting their development,which is the competitive strategy's homogeneity and singleness,according to the fact of them,the paper suggests they carry out the differentiation strategy and build the strategy alliance,in order to advance them to get rid of the corner. |
