摘    要:本文首先对3.4风暴潮中大连地区电力系设备绝缘表面盐密值升高问题进行了简要的概述,而后对盐密值突增问题进行了剖析,最后结合"3.4风暴潮"对大连地区以后的防污闪策略进行了探讨。

Abstract:This paper first briefly described the sudden increase of insulator salt density of electrical equipment in Dalian area after the 3.4 storm tide,then analyzed the problems of the sudden increase of salt density,and finally discussed the strategy for anti-pollution flashover after the 3.4 storm tide.
