| Abstract: | Tuokou hydropower station is the last large-scale hydropower station under construction in Hu'nan Province,which has huge benefits on energy,economic,shipping,irrigation and so on,but it has some negative impact on environment and immigration at the same time.The article does some analysis on these aspects,and makes some recommendations. |
