| 摘 要： | 住宅建筑的节能效果受多种因素共同影响,如何对其节能效果进行客观、准确的评价,是建筑节能领域研究的重点内容。本文在充分考虑国内外关于住宅建筑节能效果的评价标准和技术的基础上,构建了建筑节能效果评价指标体系。并根据此体系,建立了基于层次分析法和模糊数学的数学模型,从定量的角度对住宅建筑节能效果进行了综合评价。本文算例验证了模型的可行性和实用性。
