| 摘 要： | 西部作为经济欠发达,人口众多的地方,属于劳动力输出主要地区,虽然当今社会对劳动力的技术要求越来越高,但是西部的高等职业教育却是最不发达的地区,入学人数少、教师队伍素质不高、学校办学条件差、学生毕业后的就业能力不高等诸多的问题,如何让西部职业教育走向更加美好的明天,笔者在这里提出了几点个人的观点和建议。
