| 摘 要： | 随着近日新闻媒体对于地沟油的有关报道,地沟油又一次浮出了水面。地沟油实际上是一个泛指的概念,是人们在生活中对于各类劣质油的通称。日常生活中,人们食用地沟油严重危害着身体健康,所以本文试图结合地沟油来讨论一下食品商品的质量要求,并阐述一下如何对食用油进行识别。
