| 摘 要： | 作为新农村建设的微观基础，农业产业化经营龙头企业的发展会直接影响农民的实际增收。通过投资对产权进行重新配置，本文分析了这一创新对企业与农户的激励机制的实际作用，进而讨论了各扰动因素对这一制度创新的影响，并提出相应的政策措施。

| Abstract: | In the course of agricultural industrialization,the leading enterprises,as the micro economic foundation for building new country,are developing rapidly and farmers' incomes are increasing correspondingly.Investment gives birth to the re-allocation of property right.Firstly,the paper analyses the impacts of institutional innovation on incentive mechanism between farmers and enterprises.Then it discusses the influences of various indeterminate factors on institutional innovation and proposes some policies and measures. |
