| 摘 要： | 在对于创业环境研究主题相关的文献梳理的基础上，对我国创业环境的研究现状进行评述，并结合国外创业环境研究现状和相关学科研究成果，提出了创业环境研究的一些思考与展望。供创业环境的进一步研究提供启示、借鉴和文献基础。

| Abstract: | Based on the study of literature on entrepreneurial environment in recent years, this paper has made certain comment on entrepreneurial environment in China.Combining with some foreign theoretical research achievement in this field and the relevant cases,authors provide some considerations and expectations to those people who are studying the entrepreneurial environment for enlightenment and reference. |
