| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了产业集群的基本特征以及佛山市产业集群与中小企业融资状况,指出佛山市产业集群存在组织体系的不完整性,这种缺陷制约了产业集群的融资功能。通过对照国内外产业集群内中小企业融资的典型方案,文章提出佛山市中小企业融资创新除了解决技术层面的难题外,尚需在完善产业集群的组织体系方面下功夫。

| Abstract: | This paper illustrates the features of industrial clusters, the status quo of industrial clusters and financing of SMEs in Foshan. It also points out that Foshan industrial clusters witnessed incomplete organization system, which undermines the financing function of industrial clusters. Meanwhile, comparing with the specific financing schemes of SMEs in industrial clusters from home and abroad, this paper brings forward a proposal that besides the technical difficulties, we should also improve the organization system in industrial clusters to address the financing innovation issue of SMEs in Foshan. |
