The Establishment and Implementation of Basic Management and Supervision System in Oil Production Plant

According to practical management and supervision work in Gudao Oil Production Plant under the reform of reservoir operation and management, an introduction is offered to specific approaches, experiences and obtained effect of establishing, implementing and examining the fundamental management and supervision system in oil production plants. It is presented that the establishment of this system promotes the whole management level in production fields of oil production plant, and also play an instructive part in normalizing production operation and avoiding potential safety hazard in other similar oilfield enterprises.
