| 摘 要： | 资本结构是一个复合概念,优化资本结构要从多方面入手;最佳资本结构是一个动态概念,它不是一个点,而是一个区间;为了优化资本结构,必须使资本结构保持一定的弹性;调整资本存量和资本总量是优化资本来源结构的两种基本途径,资本成本--企业价值分析法是最佳资本来源结构决策的最佳方法.

| Abstract: | Capital structure is a compound conception and we should start from various areas to optimize it; The optimal capital structure is a dynamic notion, not a certain dot, but an inter-zone. In order to optimize capital structure, we need to keep it elastic. In this article, the author introduces two basic methods: adjusting deposit of capital and gross capital. Cost of capital-enterprises' value analysis is the best way in capital resource structure decision. |
