摘    要:数控车床主要用来加工盘类或轴类回转零件。利用经济型数控车床加工多头螺纹,是螺纹加工的难点。结合多年的教学实践,总结多头螺纹的加工要点和操作要领,以期为数控加工实习提供理论依据。

Abstract:The numerical control lathe is widely used in processing shaft-disc type components. It's always a difficulty to manufacture the multiple thread by economical numerical control lathe. Combining years' of teaching practice, the author summarizes the main point of production and operation essentials for multiple thread in this paper, which provides theoretical basis for numerical control lathe practice.
