| 摘 要： | 解决中小企业融资难的问题，一方面要增强企业自身的理财能力，完善财务管理制度，增强自身市场竞争力，提升品牌价值；另一方面要规范民间借贷市场，政府及有关部门要做好相关工作，坚决贯彻实施国家推出的关于中小企业融资的政策。
