| 摘 要： | 社会化对于我国高校发展具有十分重要的影响，有必要对其加以关注，并进行有效的改革与创新。分析高校社会化改革的挑战与机遇，并从革新高校的教育功能、实施“三位一体”管理体系、构建多元化人才评价体系三方面着手，探讨高校社会化改革与创新的措施，以期为高校的可持续发展提供必要的借鉴与参考。

| Abstract: | Socialization has a very important influence on development of Chinese universities. It deserves some at- tention and effective reform and innovation. This paper analyzes the innovation challenges and opportunities in uni- versities, explores measures of socialization reform from following three aspects ： the innovation of educational func- tion, the implementation of the trinity management system and the construction of diversity talent evaluation system, so as to provide the necessary reference for the sustainable development of universities. |
