| 摘 要： | 文章建立了产业技术创新能力评价指标体系,利用变异系数法确定客观权重,应用改进归一化法对数据进行标准化处理,并用灰色关联度对中国制造业产业技术创新能力进行评价研究。研究结果可以为各个行业明确自己的优劣势、正确选择技术创新战略和为相关部门制定科学的技术创新政策提供依据。

| Abstract: | Firstly evaluation indicator for industrial technology innovation ability is set up.Then weight of evaluation indicator is determined and the evaluation indicator values are carried on standardized processing by using improved normalization method.Finally technology innovation ability of Chinese manufacturing industries is evaluated based on grey correlation analysis and the evaluation conclusion is analyzed in order to help industries to know their advantages and disadvantages and to provide the basis for correct selection technology innovation strategy as well as the correlation department correctly lay down the science technology innovation policy. |
