| Abstract: | This paper provides an analysis on the constraint factors affecting the human resource management reengineering in the non state owned Enterprises,based on which it discusses the reengineering theory applying to the human resource management reengineering in the non state owned Enterprises,and proposes some specific strategic measures according to the particular characters of the non state owned Enterprises. |
